01) Reservation

The Surfer requires a minimum non-refundable prepayment of 25% to secure your reservation. For certain periods during high season, The Surfer may require a prepayment of between 25% and 100% before check-in.

02) Making an online payment via the website

Bookings must be made through our website, by email, by our official phone number or official WhatsApp, or through an authorised surf travel company. You will receive a booking confirmation email once the prepayment has been made.

03) Cancellation

For cancellations made more than 21 days before the check-in date, the 25% prepayment is refundable.

Reservations for high-season dates and certain other periods are not eligible for any refund. For those reservations you agree that The Surfer may charge your credit card the full 100% reservation cost in the event of a no-show or cancellation.

04) Basic requirement

Guests taking part in the surf camp must be able to swim.

05) Medical condition

The customer declares that they do not suffer from any medical condition that may prevent them from taking part in the surf camp. This includes, but is not limited to, acrophobia, epilepsy, dizziness, limb or back injury, angina or another heart condition, severe or uncontrolled asthma, visual impairment, depression, or recovery from recent surgery.

The customer agrees that The Surfer is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the training period, and that no refund is due where a customer is unable to complete their course because of a medical condition or accident arising during their stay.

06) Customer property

Each customer is solely responsible for the safekeeping of their own property. The Surfer accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to any customer property.
